This being said, you should not forget to make a backup before moving further. Here is the first method to bring back your device to a functional state and get it up and running without problems:

  1. From the main screen, you have to select Settings.
  2. From the Settings menu, you will have to choose the ‘Back up & Reset’ icon.
  3. Click on ‘Factory data reset’.
