HTC Explorer A310 Hard Reset to Factory Soft

How to restore the HTC Explorer A310

  1. Turn your phone off, remove the battery and re-insert it.
  2. Simultaneously press and hold Volume Down and Power keys for a while, then release the Power button and keep holding the Volume key until the Recovery Menu pops up.
  3. Choose the Factory Reset option using the Volume keys and confirm with the Power button.
  4. The phone will now be rebooting and erasing all data; wait until the process ends.
