The Motorola DROID 4 XT894 can be hard reset by following the instructions in this article. While this procedure is recommended whenever having software problems with your phone, it is important that you make sure you know everything you need about this device. The XT894 comes with a QWERTY keyboard and a capacitive touchscreen, as well as a dual-core 1.2 GHz processor.
