Acer Liquid Z220 Dual SIM was announced in March 2015 and the phone was available for sale from April 2015. It comes with radio, bluetooth, internet connectivity, video characteristics and other smart solutions. You will love this device when it comes to entertainment, as it has one of the best cameras and a pretty fast processor. You’ll also love the many apps that are already installed on the Liquid Z220 Dual SIM when you buy it. The downside of this device, however, is that, after a while, it starts to work slower than usual after a period of time and even to freeze whenever you open some applications. For this reason, it is highly recommended to perform a hard reset to factory software on your device.39

Whenever you notice your device working slower than normal, you ought to try a software refresh. Why?   1. From the main screen, you have to select Settings.

The second method uses the hardware buttons and works when the phone is unresponsive and you can`t access the menu of the device.   1. Turn off your device.
  2. Press and hold the Volume Up key, the Home button and the Power button.
  3. Your phone will reboot in Recovery mode. Use the Volume buttons to navigate in the menu and the Power button to select an option.
  4. Using the Volume button, navigate to the ‘Wipe data/factory reset’ option and select it using the Power key.
  5. The process will end with the message ‘Data Wipe Complete’.
  6. Wait for your phone to reboot.
