- Turn the phone off then press and hold the Power Key until the Acer logo pops up.
- Simultaneously press and hold both Volume Buttons (+ and -) and wait for the next screen to appear.
- Use the Volume Down button to scroll down and select Clear boot: YES.
- Press the Camera button to confirm and don’t interrupt the reboot.
